Mandai Wildlife Group is the steward of Mandai Wildlife Reserve, a unique wildlife and nature destination in Singapore that is home to world-renown wildlife parks which connect visitors to the fascinating world of wildlife. The Group is driving an exciting rejuvenation plan at Mandai Wildlife Reserve, adjacent to Singapore’s Central Catchment Nature Reserve, that will integrate five wildlife parks with distinctive nature-based experiences, green public spaces and an eco-friendly resort.

Job Duties and Responsibilities

As an Event Coordinator within Indoor Attractions, you will play a key role in supporting
event operations to ensure a smooth and enjoyable experience for all attendees. This
hands-on role involves assisting with event setup, execution, and teardown, while providing F&B service support during buffet and coffee break sessions when required. You will help maintain a clean and organized environment throughout the event.

Event Operations Support
  • Assist in setting up event spaces, including furniture arrangement, décor
    placement, and equipment preparation.
  • Support live event execution by monitoring cleanliness, readiness, and guest
    needs.
  • Participate in teardown and resetting of event areas after completion.
F&B Service (As Needed)
  • Clear and remove used plates, cutlery, and glassware from guest tables and
    buffet stations.
  • Transport soiled items to designated back-of-house areas for
    washing/collection.
  • Replenish service ware (e.g., clean cups, napkins, cutlery) at buffet or
    beverage stations when required.
Guest Support
  • Provide courteous assistance to guests throughout the event.
  • Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in event and dining areas.
Job Requirements
  • Able to work on an event basis, including evenings, weekends, and public holidays.
  • This role requires standing for extended hours and handling light lifting.
  • Able to work in fast-paced environments and as part of a team.
  • Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
  • Good communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Basic AV (Audio-Visual) knowledge is a plus.
  • This is a support role in a dynamic event setting.
  • You will work closely with the F&B operations and event support teams.
  • Assignments and hours depend on the scale, type, and timing of events held across Indoor Attractions, including Green Canvas.
