A leading corporate development firm in Singapore seeks an experienced Senior Manager Corporate Development to drive acquisitions. The role involves sourcing, structuring, and closing M&A transactions while developing relationships with accounting and tax firms. The ideal candidate has over 5 years of experience in finance roles and excels in financial modeling and communication. This position offers substantial autonomy while working with an experienced leadership team.
About the Role
We want to hire an experienced, ambitious, and proactive Senior Manager Corporate Development to power the inorganic growth of our business. You’ll be working closely with senior leadership to source attractive targets, analyze their operations, develop relationships with sellers, and close acquisitions.
This is not a back-office M&A role - you’ll be in the driving seat executing small / medium-sized acquisitions end-to-end with a lot of autonomy, while benefitting from the support and guidance of an experienced leadership team.
You will serve as a key player in representing Multiplier and developing relationships with the best boutique accounting and tax firms across Asia, Europe, and the US.
The ideal candidate is highly organized, comfortable with analyzing financial statements and structuring acquisitions, curious to learn more about the legal aspects of deal making, and an all-round high-agency player.
