📍About the Role
- Develop Cutting-Edge CaaS Solutions: Build and scale a card-as-a-service product that enables clients to offer end-to-end card issuance and payment capabilities to their users effortlessly.
- Optimize Product Workflows: Collaborate with Engineering and Design teams to streamline client configurations, enhance user onboarding journeys, and automate backend processes such as order handling, settlement, and reconciliation.
- Drive Key Metrics: Take ownership of operational metrics, including payment success rates, client integration timelines, and service-level agreements (SLAs), ensuring consistent improvement and excellence.
- Leverage Data for Impact: Use quantitative analysis, qualitative research, and customer insights to drive product decisions, including competitor benchmarking and user needs analysis.
- Collaborate Across Functions: Partner with cross-functional stakeholders—Engineering, Finance, Risk, Legal, Compliance, and more—to scale the product while delivering a best‑in‑class experience for both clients and end users.
☑️What We Look For
- Expertise in Card Payments: At least 5 years of experience in debit/credit card product management, with a strong track record in building and managing card payment solutions for leading fintech platforms.
- Domain Knowledge: Deep understanding of card payments, digital wallets, and related payment ecosystems.
- Data-Driven Decision Making: Exceptional analytical and quantitative skills, with the ability to use hard data and KPIs to inform decisions and achieve goals.
- Metrics-Oriented: Proven ability to work in a data‑driven environment, moving critical metrics and delivering results.
- Collaboration Skills: Skilled communicator with a demonstrated ability to work effectively across diverse teams, including Engineering, Finance, Risk, Legal, Design, and executive leadership.
