• Supervise and monitor the performance and repair standards of the Workshop Technical Specialists.
• Liaise with stores personnel to identify all material requirements and usages.
• Ensure that all maintenance work performed adheres strictly to standards established by Go-Ahead Singapore and any legal requirements.
• Optimize work to ensure maximum availability of vehicles to meet operational requirements.
• Work with all parties to minimize lost mileages due to engineering failures and issues.
• Ensure strict adherence to the planned inspection and maintenance schedules.
• Ensure strict adherence to all Health & Safety procedures, legal and company regulations.
• Undertake any necessary audit to ensure strict compliance with established processes and procedures.
• Carry out any ad-hoc duties as required by the Management.
• Diligently monitor employee attendance and approval of overtime.
• Supervise and ensure workplace safety and health risks are identified, assessed and controlled, and provide employees with information on compliance to workplace safety and health policies.

• Candidate must at least attain a Professional Certificate or Diploma in Engineering or equivalent.
• At least 3 years of working experience and 1 year of supervisory experience required in an automotive/manufacturing or equivalent environment.
• Candidates with more experience will be considered for a senior supervisor role.
• Candidate with automotive workshop supervisory experience will be advantageous.
• Candidate with a valid Class 3 driving license will be advantageous.
• Able to commit to shift work (including rotating shift/permanent nightshift).
