A nonprofit organization in Singapore is seeking a Change Management Executive to support organizational transformation initiatives. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree, 5-8 years of experience in change management, and possess strong analytical and stakeholder engagement skills. Responsibilities include developing change strategies, conducting readiness assessments, and ensuring effective communication. Candidates with professional certification in Change Management will be preferred. The role offers a commitment to social change and compliance with personal data protection standards.
Qualificações
- 5-8 years of experience in organisational development, transformation, or change management.
- Professional certification in Change Management (e.g., Prosci, ACMP) preferred.
Responsabilidades
- Support the design and execution of change management programs related to organisational transformation.
- Partner with senior leaders and project teams to ensure alignment of transformation initiatives.
