A leading food court management company in Singapore is seeking an Operations Manager to oversee daily operations. You will be responsible for ensuring smooth functionality, leading a team, and enhancing profitability through effective management strategies. The ideal candidate should have a diploma in related fields and at least 3 years of experience in food court operations, bilingual in English and Mandarin. A Class 3 license is required. This role offers a non-rotating six-day workweek in a dynamic environment.

Qualifications

• Passion for working in the F&B industry and its operational processes.
• Minimum 3 years’ experience in food court operation.
• Must possess a Class 3 license.

Responsibilities

• Manage the smooth operation of the food court.
• Provide development plans for team members according to company KPIs.
• Monitor the outlet’s Profit and Loss and suggest improvements.
