We are seeking an experienced Marketing Director in Singapore to lead our marketing strategy and execution across the APAC region. In this role, you will play a key part in delivering impactful marketing initiatives and championing our presence in one of the world’s most dynamic markets.

With offices in London, Leeds, Cardiff, Düsseldorf, Chicago, Singapore, Melbourne, Sydney, Kuala Lumpur, and Hong Kong, we combine global reach with local expertise. Key Responsibilities
  • Build and oversee the delivery of the regional marketing plan aligned to business objectives.
  • Champion the APAC region and ensure marketing activity reflects local market needs while supporting global goals
  • Manage and optimize external partnerships by briefing suppliers, overseeing PR initiatives, and collaborating with web and SEO agencies to deliver impactful campaigns and digital innovation
  • Drive brand consistency and market innovation through competitor analysis, sponsorship opportunities, Martech trends, while ensuring all external communications align with brand guidelines and values
  • Partner closely with Sales and Solutions to ensure cohesive go‑to‑market messaging and maximize commercial opportunities
  • Identify and manage event opportunities from planning through execution and oversee and track campaign executions and audience targeting across HubSpot, LinkedIn, and other platforms
  • Set and manage budgets, track ROI, present results, and maintain monthly scorecards and dashboards to inform future actions.
