A local Lutheran congregation in Singapore is seeking a Pastor to lead and shepherd its community. The role involves casting vision, administering sacraments, and overseeing spiritual growth through education and pastoral care. Ideal candidates will have a Bachelor or Master of Divinity and 5-10 years of pastoral experience. We look for a compassionate leader committed to outreach and servant-leadership. Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Divinity or equivalent from an accredited theological college.
- 5-10 years of pastoral ministry experience.
- 2-3 years of secular working experience preferred.
Responsabilités
- Cast and implement the church vision alongside the pastoral team.
- Administer the Word and Sacraments according to Lutheran traditions.
- Conduct baptism, confirmation, and membership classes.
- Provide pastoral care through home and hospital visits.
- Mentor all Cell Group leaders in spiritual well-being.
