Qualifications

• Proven experience operating or managing a manufacturing plant based in China.
• Minimum 5 years of manufacturing experience, preferably in jewelry, luxury goods, metals, or fine gift production.
• Minimum 2 years in a managerial capacity (preferred).

Responsibilities

• Lead daily production planning and scheduling to meet output and delivery targets.
• Oversee end-to-end manufacturing processes with proven China plant operational standards.
• Manage supply chain, quality control, and materials flow.
• Introduce and refine best practices in efficiency and cost control.
• Drive cost-saving initiatives while maintaining high quality.
