Nurse Education Leader - Curriculum & Staff Development
Job summary
A recruitment agency is seeking a qualified Registered Nurse to oversee nursing education programs in Singapore. The successful candidate will assess, identify, implement, and evaluate continuing education and training for nursing staff. Applicants should have a Degree in Nursing, a Post-Graduate Diploma in Education, and at least 9 to 11 years of clinical nursing experience, with a minimum of 2 years in teaching. Strong leadership skills and a passion for nursing education are essential for this role.
Qualifications
- Registered Nurse with the Singapore Nursing Board.
- Degree in Nursing.
- Post-Graduate Diploma in Education.
- At least 9 to 11 years of clinical nursing experience with a minimum teaching experience of 2 years.
- Dedicated with passion on teaching and nursing education.
- Proactive, motivated and serve as a role model.
- A team player with good interpersonal and communication skills.
- Effective leadership qualities.

Responsibilities
- Assess, identify, implement, coordinate, and evaluate nursing staff's continuing education.
- Plan, organize, implement, and evaluate nursing education programs.
- Oversee programs for student nurses to acquire necessary knowledge and skills.
