Job summary

Applicants should have 2-5 years of experience and relevant qualifications, including a Diploma in Biomedical or Health Sciences. Qualifications

- Proficient in blood collection techniques including venipuncture and capillary methods.

- Conduct phlebotomy, ECG, and spirometry procedures.
- Maintain a clean and hygienic work area.

Work location: West
Work schedule: 5.5 days work week (Mon – Fri: 8am to 4.30pm and half Sat: 8am to 12.30pm).
- Perform accurate and efficient blood collection using venipuncture, capillary, and heel‑prick techniques, ensuring patient safety and comfort.
- Conduct phlebotomy, ECG, and spirometry procedures with precision, professionalism, and adherence to clinical standards.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and hygienic work area, ensuring full compliance with infection control guidelines.
- Verify patient identity using two unique identifiers before any specimen collection or diagnostic procedure.
- Ensure all documentation is completed accurately, ensuring traceability and adherence to Good Documentation Practices (GDP).
- Comply with all workplace safety, hand hygiene, regulatory, and accreditation requirements applicable to laboratory operations.
- Deliver prompt, courteous, and patient‑centered service to all clients, including patients, clinicians, and external partners, whether in person or over the phone.
- Minimum N/O Level/NITEC/Diploma in Biomedical Sciences, Nursing, Health Sciences or a Certificate in phlebotomy
- Experienced in performing phlebotomy in a fast‑paced environment (at least 2‑ 5 years)
