Responsibilities

• Set up and manage laboratory operations, overseeing daily activities while ensuring efficiency, safety, and compliance with international testing standards.
• Supervise a technical team for field and lab testing of construction materials, provide technical advice and training, and liaise with clients on technical and logistical matters.
• Integrate corporate functions, identify growth opportunities, drive business performance, and report to senior management.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree
• Minimum of 8 years of experience, with at least 5 years in laboratory operations management.
• Strong technical knowledge, familiar with ISO 17025 and relevant standards (BS, EN, ASTM).
• Experience in setting up and managing laboratories is a plus.
• SAC-SINGLAS certification is an advantage.
• Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and able to work under pressure.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
• Decisive, resourceful, and proactive in problem-solving.
