1. Key Purpose of the Role
Provide site-based administrative and clerical support to ensure smooth project operations.
Coordinate with the project manager, site team, and main office on documentation and procurement matters.
Maintain accurate and timely submission of project-related records and clearances.
2. Responsibilities
Perform general administrative duties and clerical support for site personnel.
Assist in documentation, record-keeping, and submission of clearance documents (e.g., DSTA clearance).
Liaise with the main office staff for procurement of required materials and supplies.
Prepare and manage site correspondence, reports, and filing systems.
Support the Project Manager in coordinating site activities and ensuring compliance with company policies.
3. Requirements
Minimum Nitec in Business Administration, or equivalent
At least 1 year of relevant administrative experience; prior experience in construction projects or handling DSTA clearance will be an advantage.
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook).
Strong coordination and communication skills, with good attention to detail.
Able to work independently and handle site-based working conditions.
