Position Title: Technical Administrator
Working Location: Jurong Island (Company transportation provided)
Working Hours: 5 days (Mon - Fri, 8.00am - 5.45pm)
Salary Package: Basic Salary up to $2,800 + Allowances + OT + Incentive + AWS + PB
Duration: Permanent Role

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide system and general administrative support
  • Manage procurement and contract paperwork
  • Oversee equipment certification and keep inventory records
  • Coordinate with contractors and colleagues
  • Organize documentation and prepare monthly reports
  • Manage store, perform regular stock checks, and report inventory
  • Arrange and coordinate contractor access to Jurong Island
  • Close maintenance work orders
  • Support other tasks as assigned by the engineer or manager
Qualifications
  • Minimum 'O' Level, NITEC, or Diploma
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office applications
  • Good communication skills
  • Knowledge of technical items or spare parts is an advantage
