Job summary

A leading recruitment agency in Singapore is seeking an HR Administrator to handle all HR administrative duties, including payroll management and training applications. The ideal candidate should hold a Diploma or Degree in Human Resource Management and have 1-2 years of relevant experience. This full-time role operates from Monday to Friday, with working hours from 8:15 AM to 5:30 PM.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 1-2 years of relevant HR admin work experience.

Responsibilities

  • Handle all HR administrative duties.
  • In charge of training/skill development courses applications.
  • Work pass/passport renewal.

Job Scope

  • Work pass / passport renewal
  • Update employee personal records / employee data management
