Location: Sembawang, weekdays only (1–3 days/week)

There’s never a dull moment as our Part-Time Operations Specialist — you help keep things running smoothly, blending hands-on work with digital and operational tasks. This is a great opportunity for someone looking to gain real-world operations experience in a supportive, fast-paced team.

What You’ll Be Doing:
  • Order Fulfilment & Inventory
    Use our digital inventory system to pack orders, manage stock levels, and assist with warehouse tasks like put-away and restocking.
  • Website & E-commerce Support
    Help keep our website up to date — update stock levels, upload images and videos, and assist with product listings.
  • Customer & Retail Experience
    Assist in setting up our retail pop-up space and attend to customer enquiries in a friendly and helpful manner when needed.
Who We’re Looking For:
  • Organised, detail-oriented, and reliable
  • Comfortable with handling inventory
  • Proficient in basic computer tasks (e.g. data entry, email, inventory software)
  • Friendly and clear communicator (in person & online)
  • Bonus: Experience in warehouse, logistics or e-commerce operations
