Job summary
A global manufacturer of ventilation systems is seeking an Application Engineer to join their Sales Support Team in Singapore. This role involves supporting application and project activities, handling customer inquiries, and preparing project documentation. Candidates should hold a Diploma or Degree in Engineering and have 2-3 years of relevant experience. The position offers the opportunity for technical engagement in ongoing transformation projects.
Qualifications
- 2-3 years of experience as an application engineer in ACMV.
- Experience in digital and retrofit projects.
Responsibilities
- Support application and project activities.
- Handle customer inquiries on technical topics.
- Prepare project documentation including schedules and permits.
- Provide technical support for digital solutions.
- Work with cloud-connected devices via MQTT.
- Collaborate with project stakeholders.
- Manage existing customer relationships.
