Job description

We’re seeking a curious, hands‑on junior engineer to help ship Web3 features. You will design, implement, and test Solidity smart contracts; integrate wallets, payment flows, and on‑chain data; and collaborate with product, design, and security to deliver reliable releases. Day to day, you’ll write unit and integration tests with Hardhat or Foundry, build TypeScript/Node scripts and APIs, automate workflows with CI/CD, document decisions, and monitor deployments across EVM networks. You’ll also maintain test environments, manage faucets, troubleshoot RPC and provider issues, and create simple dashboards and operational runbooks.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with the tech team to build internal platform applications by writing testable, reusable, and efficient code throughout the Agile development lifecycle
• Understand and analyze system requirements, optimize various aspects of development operations, and provide a smooth and reliable experience for internal and external users
• Design and build a Kubernetes-based DevOps platform, utilizing cloud-native technologies to construct internal components
• Collaborate with business teams to provide secure, reliable, and scalable technical solutions based on business needs and compliance scenarios
• Ensure the reliability of microservices, respond to and resolve various online issues, and build intelligent monitoring and diagnostic tools

Requirements:

• 0–2 years of software experience
• Strong programming fundamentals
• Familiarity with Solidity and one modern language (TypeScript/JavaScript preferred)
• Experience with ethers.js or web3.js, Git, and basic DevOps
• Understanding of token and NFT standards (ERC-20/721/1155), gas and fees, events, and common security pitfalls (reentrancy, access control)
• Clear written communication, curiosity, and user empathy are essentia

Nice to have:

• Exposure to L2s (Optimism, Arbitrum, Base)
• Basic front-end skills (React)
• Another chain or language (Rust or Go, Solana)
