This hands-on role involves managing SQL and Oracle server systems, requiring strong technical and interpersonal skills. Responsibilities include performance monitoring, backup and recovery, and providing 24x7 support for critical production systems. Qualifications
- Minimum 10+ years hands-on experience in an Oracle/SQL environment.
- Experience in ITIL and processes in Service Request, Incident, problem and change management.
Responsibilities
- Independently analyze, solve, and correct issues in real time.
- Refine and automate regular processes, track issues, and document changes.
- Assist developers with complex query tuning and schema refinement.
- Provide 24x7 support for critical production systems.
- Perform scheduled maintenance and support after hours.
- Provide technical mentorship and cross-training.
