Job summary
A technology solutions company in Singapore is seeking an Automation Tester responsible for designing, developing, and executing automated test scripts. Automation Tester responsible for designing, developing, and executing automated test scripts using Tricentis Tosca/Neoload to ensure software quality across web, mobile, and desktop applications; Collaborates with business analysts and developers to streamline testing processes and report issues.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field;
- Must have 2–5 years hands‑on experience with Tricentis Tosca or Tricentis Neoload (or equivalent automation tools);
- Experience with test management tools (e.g., JIRA, TestRail);
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision‑making skills;
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to create reusable and modular automated test scripts;
- Experience automating functional, regression, integration, and smoke tests;
- Knowledge of model‑based testing approaches;
- Ability to develop comprehensive test plans and cases for automation;
- Experience collaborating with developers and business analysts for requirements understanding.
- Design, develop, and maintain automated test scripts using Tricentis Tosca Test Automation or Tricentis Neoload for various applications (desktop client , web, mobile);
- Create reusable and modular test scripts to streamline the testing process;
- Automate functional, regression, integration, and smoke tests using Tricentis’s model‑based approach;
- Collaborate with business analysts and developers to understand testing requirements and application functionality;
- Develop comprehensive test plans and cases for automation;
- Execute automated test cases and monitor results, ensuring all issues are identified and reported.
