The job holder will support the day‑to‑day operational and administrative tasks for NUHS@Home.

- Manage the end‑to‑end procurement process, including sourcing, purchasing, and vendor management.
- Coordinate with vendors on delivery arrangements and ensure timely submission of invoices.
- Monitor and track utilization of all supplies to maintain optimal inventory levels.
- Maintain and update asset records regularly to ensure accuracy.
- Provide first‑level troubleshooting for IT‑related issues and elevate to relevant parties when necessary.
- Facilitate onboarding and offboarding processes for NUHS@Home staff.
- Assist in manpower planning, roster scheduling, and verification of monthlyheets.
- Liaise with internal and external stakeholders to ensure timely and accurate processing of monthly invoices.
- Manage office supplies inventory (e.g., stationery, printing materials).
- Ensure accuracy in data entry and record‑keeping.
- Process monthly and ad‑hoc claims for the team.
- Undertake additional administrative tasks as required to support operational needs.
