Job Responsibilities
1. Procurement
  • Manage the end‑to‑end procurement process, including sourcing, purchasing, and vendor management.
  • Coordinate with vendors on delivery arrangements and ensure timely submission of invoices.
  • Monitor and track utilization of all supplies to maintain optimal inventory levels.
2. Asset Management
  • Maintain and update asset records regularly to ensure accuracy.
  • Provide first‑level troubleshooting for IT‑related issues and elevate to relevant parties when necessary.
3. Staff Operations Support
  • Facilitate onboarding and offboarding processes for NUHS@Home staff.
  • Assist in manpower planning, roster scheduling, and verification of monthlyheets.
4. Stakeholder Engagement
  • Liaise with internal and external stakeholders to ensure timely and accurate processing of monthly invoices.
5. General Office Support
  • Manage office supplies inventory (e.g., stationery, printing materials).
  • Ensure accuracy in data entry and record‑keeping.
  • Process monthly and ad‑hoc claims for the team.
6. Other Ad‑hoc Duties
  • Undertake additional administrative tasks as required to support operational needs.
