Job Responsibilities

• Performing investment research and conducting risk assessment

• Offer investment advice to the management and develop investment strategies

• Client acquisition through various prospecting strategies

• Proactively participate in business development/client acquisition activities

• Keeping abreast of current events, critical issues and relevant news

• Any other ad-hoc duties as required by the company
  

Job Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree/Diploma in Economics, Finance or equivalent, professional certifications such as CFA would be beneficial

• 3-5 years of relevant experience in investment advisory. Prior experience in the real estate industry and/or the financial sector would be advantageous

• Understanding of the real estate project developmental cycle will be beneficial

• Excellent financial, capital operation, project appraisal and investment decision-making skills

• Good understanding of the laws governing investment practices in China

• Good communication, interpersonal and presentation skills with the ability to communicate with management effectively

• High level of discipline and integrity with positive attitude and ability to work independently and under pressure

• Excellent command in spoken and written English and Mandarin due to coverage requirements
