Overview

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented HR & Admin Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a key role in managing the full spectrum of HR functions, administrative operations, and external communications. If you are organized, efficient, and passionate about both people and processes, we’d love to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage end-to-end HR processes, including staff onboarding, payroll processing, CPF updates, overtime calculations, staff insurance, uniform distribution, and vehicle road tax renewals.
  • Track employee attendance and monitor clock-ins/outs using Adaptive Pay.
  • Prepare accurate AR (Accounts Receivable) & AP (Accounts Payable) reports, Profit & Loss statements, and liaise with external stakeholders such as vendors and auditors.
  • Handle invoicing, generate quotations, manage contracts, and oversee day-to-day administrative operations.
  • Maintain and grow the company’s social media presence to support branding and outreach efforts.
Qualifications
  • Proven experience in HR and administrative roles.
  • Strong knowledge of payroll processes, CPF, and employment regulations.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and experience with Adaptive Pay or similar HR tools.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Ability to multitask and work independently in a fast-paced environment.
