Working days: Monday - Friday
Working hours: 8.00am - 5.45pm
Key Responsibilities:
Assist in managing the daily financial and accounting functions of the Company.
Forecast cash payments and anticipate challenges arising from cash flow.
Communicate with sales personnel to verify status of delinquent accounts/billing discrepancies and initiate collections on past-due accounts.
Maintain Fixed Assets: enter invoices in SAP, manage depreciation, CIP, and capitalization.
Prepare standard journal vouchers (e.g. depreciation, lease provisions) and key into SAP.
Ensure accurate and timely monthly, quarterly, and year-end closing activities.
Verify financial statements, ledgers, and accounts; make corrections where appropriate.
Analyze significant monthly expense variances against budgeted figures.
Prepare financial and budget reports.
Perform IFRS quarterly consolidation package submission.
Prepare audit schedules, FS, confirmation letters, IC balances, and support auditor reviews.
Support year-end corporate tax assessment preparation.
Assist Head of Finance in ensuring a clean and timely financial year-end audit.
Support EDB/government statistics annual survey.
Respond to inquiries from the head office or external parties regarding accounting matters.
Assist in SAP FICO module: financial accounting, costing, and variance monitoring.
Perform other assigned ad-hoc tasks.
Requirements:
3 to 5 years of working experience with Financial Reporting, Budgeting, or Audits.
Proficiency in SAP Accounting Software.
