A leading investment management firm in Singapore is seeking a senior investment professional to lead investment strategy and portfolio management activities. The ideal candidate will have 7-10+ years of experience in investment management and a strong track record in successful deals. Responsibilities include evaluating opportunities and overseeing portfolio performance while adhering to regulatory requirements. An MBA or CFA charter is highly preferred.

Responsible for leading the firm’s investment strategy, investment decision-making, and portfolio management activities. The role serves as a senior investment professional under the VCFM framework, with substantive responsibility for evaluating investment opportunities, executing transactions, and overseeing portfolio performance in accordance with the firm’s investment mandate and applicable MAS regulatory requirements.
- Education: Bachelor's in Finance, Economics, or related field; Master's (MBA) highly preferred; CFA charter valuable.
- Experience:7-10+ years in investment management, private equity, venture capital, or asset management, with a track record of successful deals.
- Leadership:Proven ability to lead teams, manage projects, and mentor staff.
- Analytical & Technical:Strong financial modeling, valuation, risk analysis, and deep understanding of various asset classes (equity, fixed income, alternatives).
- Market Knowledge:Expertise in capital markets, investment strategies, and financial reporting.
- Soft Skills:Excellent communication, negotiation, stakeholder management, critical thinking, and influencing skills.
- Tools:Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, Bloomberg, and other financial software.
