Key Responsibilities :
Oversee full set of accounts of an investment holding company including consolidation of subsidiary, statutory reporting, management reporting, taxation and treasury.
Prepare timely and accurate consolidated financial statements and other financial information required for an investment holding company reporting.
Liaise with the company’s external auditors, tax agents and corporate secretary to ensure compliance with statutory requirements and deadline.
Verify payments, contracts, reports and other matters submitted by subsidiary
Prepare daily and monthly management reports on performance of the hotels
Analyse the results and key variances on the daily reports and monthly financial statements submitted by the hotels
Coordinate with hotel finance teams and conduct audits on key financial functions
Assist the Chief Financial Officer in managing the Group’s Finance Function, including forecasting, budgeting, capex, treasury, regulatory compliance, taxation, internal controls and other financial matters
Perform any other tasks that may be assigned by the management
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s/Professional degree/Diploma in Finance, Accounting, or related field preferred.
At least 5 years of experience preferably in hospitality industry with strong expertise in financial consolidation, FP&A and internal controls.
Solid understanding of hotel operations, including revenue management, F&B cost control, rooms division metrics, and Capex planning.
Proven experience in preparing and analysing hotel performance reports. (e.g., GOP, REVPAR, ADR, occupancy)
Familiarity with hotel property management systems (PMS), point-of-sale (POS) systems, and hospitality software
Strong analytical, effective communication and work independently under pressure.
Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Power Point.
