Job Overview:

The Investment and Development Analyst will be part of the investments team to support the company’s strategic growth by supporting the investment efforts. The candidate will be exposed to investment development activities and get to assist on deals from the origination stage to contract conclusion.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct feasibility studies for potential investment deals, partake in work relating to bidding or tendering process, including market research and underwriting of each potential project including critical market and competitive data, tracking and establishing pickup trends, occupancy history, and provide recommendations to management.
  • Conduct market research, track new projects pipeline, maintain both deal and contact databases.
  • Develop financial models, presentations, proposals and pitch materials in connection to each investment opportunity and work with various internal stakeholders to prepare proposals, including hotel operations and technical services team.
Qualifications:
  • Minimum 1 – 2 years’ of working experience in either an analyst or consultancy role in a hospitality or real estate related field.
  • Possess at least a Bachelor's Degree in either Hospitality, Business Finance or Real Estate from a recognized institution.
  • Internship and relevant experience in the hospitality or real estate industry preferred.
  • Well versed in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint and Word, including financial modelling, graphs charting and presentation
  • Be an independent learner, team player and enjoy working within a dynamic group and fast- paced environment
  • Be meticulous and has the ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently and in an organized way
  • Excellent verbal and written communication and presentation skills with strong logical thinking capability, including the ability to communicate efficiently to various stakeholders
  • Proficient research experience with ability to independently collect and evaluate economic and local market data.
