Must Experience in ERP (SAP) System Implementation
Primary Duties and Responsibilities:
Perform GL month-end closing and posting of journals such as provisions, accruals, deferrals, and reclassifications.
Work closely with other team members to ensure all financials are reported correctly and on time.
Prepare monthly reporting, cash forecast, and group reporting.
Prepare monthly Balance Sheet reconciliation and investigate any unusual item.
Ensure compliance to company policies and maintain strong internal controls.
Prepare audit schedules and manage the entire audit process.
Finalization of Financial Reports and ensure all statutory reporting are complied with, including statistical surveys.
Tax compliance - GST, Withholding Tax, Corporate Tax, Transfer Pricing.
Prepare corporate tax information for tax agent to complete tax computation and filing.
Perform variance analysis and manage cost accruals/ provisions.
Work closely with the FP&A team to assist in budgeting, forecasting, and analysis.
Calculation of sales incentive and submit to HR for payroll submission.
Liaise with auditors, tax agents, bankers, and local government bureaus as required.
Collaborating with internal departments to gather, analyze, and provide financial information/recommendations.
Drive continuous process improvement, SOP, and ad-hoc projects such as new system implementation.
Perform ad-hoc tasks as required.
Requirements:
Bachelor's Degree in accounting, finance or a related field
Must full set experience in SME / sole contributor
Experienced in ERP system (SAP) implementation.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in an all-rounded accounting function
Proficient in MS Office
Attention to detail, as well as time management skills
