Job summary
A leading recruitment agency in Singapore is looking for a candidate to lead the Motor Claims team. This role focuses on exceptional customer service, accident reporting processes, and driving customer satisfaction through proactive engagement and operational excellence. The ideal candidate has experience in customer service, preferably in motor claims or insurance, along with strong leadership and communication skills.

Responsibilities
- Greet and assist customers promptly.
- Guide customers through accident reporting processes.
- Ensure timely follow-up on accident reporting cases.
- Contribute to achieving NPS targets.
Skills
Lead and support the Motor Claims team to deliver exceptional customer service, streamline accident reporting processes, and drive customer satisfaction through proactive engagement and operational excellence.
- Greet and assist customers promptly, ensuring they are directed to the appropriate Motor Claims Advisor.
- Provide accurate waiting times and manage customer expectations.
- Proactively identify and fulfill customer needs in the reception area.
- Guide customers through accident reporting and claims submission processes.
- Advise on appropriate claim types and clarify mobility options.
- Assist with vehicle collection when required.
- Ensure timely follow-up on accident reporting cases.
- Escalate unresolved issues appropriately.
- Collaborate with relevant teams to address complex customer needs.
- Contribute to achieving monthly Net Promoter Score (NPS) targets.
- Propose and implement service improvement ideas.
- Seek opportunities to enhance service delivery and customer experience.
- Experience in customer service, preferably in motor claims or insurance.
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Proactive, customer-focused, and results-driven.
