A multinational corporation based in Singapore is seeking an experienced IT Project Manager to oversee projects in the insurance domain. The successful candidate will have over 10 years of project management experience, strong stakeholder management skills, and a background in Agile delivery. About the Client:

Our client is a reputed MNC

Responsibilities:

• Build the foundation model to automate the forecast process and reporting.
• IT Project Manager is responsible to oversee the application of project management methodology during all phases of the project cycle
• Develops, tracks and manages project budget, project plans, timelines and scope. Manage project resources including procuring project staff, developing, motivating and coaching
• Have a more efficient Forecasting process, freeing up hours from the Finance team to focus on Business and quality of analysis.
• Define test plans and ensure that products are defect free before User Acceptance Testing. Facilitate the User Acceptance Testing process, developing rollout plans and procedures. Prepare and present cost-benefit analyses
• Predictive modeling is the key to achieve this goal, by providing a first version of Forecast numbers to be reviewed by the Finance teams and the foundation for the Predictive modeling is an accurate, reliable, and automated Premium Roll Forward.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in a technical field such as computer science, computer engineering or related field required.
• 10+ years experience. Proven project management experience. People management.
• Very Senior IT PM who has strong stakeholder management skills and experience of discussing with Product Owners and Strategic business lead team.
• Experience delivering technology and business application solutions in a large-scale, multi-platform systems environment.
• Strong knowledge in Insurance domain background with decent understanding of Insurance processes.
• Strong ability to assess risk and apply management principles to technology applications/products and business functions.
• At least 6+ years of hands on working experience in Agile delivery.
• PMP or PMI certification is required.
