Job Description & Requirements

Responsibilities

• Manage accident reporting and explain the claims process to customers.
• Liaise with insurance companies regarding motor claims and accident reporting matters.
• Study vehicle damage areas and prepare accurate repair estimates for surveyors, insurance companies, and customers.
• Conduct vehicle checks for body and paintwork repairs.
• Perform administrative duties such as checking costing, processing claims, and purchasing spare parts.
• Take in servicing/accident vehicles and provide quotations.

Qualifications

• At least 1–2 years of relevant experience in the automotive industry.
• Good customer‑oriented and communication skills.
• Prior experience with motor claims in authorized workshops/service centres is an added advantage.
• Training will be provided for candidates with no experience who are willing to learn.
