Responsibilities

• Provide a one-stop General Insurance Solution to our customer.
• Attend to client's enquiries and assist in obtaining competitive quotations.
• Liaise with insurers for quotations and follow up on policies.
• Follow up with clients on renewals and coordinate with insurers.
• Advise clients and follow up on claims until final settlement.
• Set proper expectations for customers and resolve issues.
• Liaise with stakeholders and vendors for product campaigning.
• Develop new prospects and activities.
