A construction service provider in Singapore is seeking an experienced HR professional to manage compliance, payroll processing, and employee relations. The ideal candidate has at least 2 years of relevant experience and is proficient in HR practices and the Employee Act. This role also includes full-spectrum talent acquisition and training program management. Only Singaporean or PR applicants will be considered.

Jobbeschreibung
Responsibilities
1. Ensure that practices are in compliance with local legislation and regulation;
2. Maintaining employees’ personal file and updating employees’ details in HR system;
3. Performing monthly payroll processing including preparations of IR21, IR8A, leave pay and claims ;
4. Preparing necessary HR documents for hiring, disciplinary handling, exiting, job increment and promotion and misc. letter when staffs requested for ICA, MOE, MOM;
5. Planning, preparing, coordinating and administering of employees’ training program and journey;
6. Handling and liaising between staffs and insurance broker on insurance claims and work injury compensations and all documentations;
7. Performing duties pertaining to welfare matters, grievances, disciplinary issues;
8. Maintaining all records of staff attendance such as annual leave, leave of absence and medical leave etc. Input Off‑in‑lieu as and when required for PH and pre‑approval by management;
9. Verifying claims with proper record keeping, monitoring of entitlements for staff outpatient and inpatient medical;
10. Handling all Govt bodies on HR related Matters (MOM’s call on foreign worker stays verification, Calls from HDB and MOM to verify Foreign Workers and even House Owners, Surveys and Reports for all govt bodies as well);
11. Follows through on home leave applications of foreign worker and seek the necessary approvals, purchase of air ticket for resigning foreigner workers, levy waiver for workers returning from home leave;
12. Over sees and manage all work passes applications, renewal and cancellations, mandatory courses to be possess by worker, update of personal details and any other matters for foreign workers;
13. Full spectrum of talent acquisition processes including hiring candidates, ensure recruitments documents are in order, job posting, screening of CVs, interview arrangements.
14. Manage employee onboarding and offboarding processes, including preparing employment contracts, conducting orientation sessions, IR21 and clearance;
15. Manage day – to -day HR activities, including maintaining employee records and preparing hr related documents;
16. Change at time to time against with the Ministry of Manpower (MOM) rule and regulations on the policy.
