About the Opportunity

We are seeking a highly organized and experienced Clinic Supervisor/Manager to oversee the daily operations of our GP clinic in My Family Clinic (Choa Chu Kang).

The successful candidate will provide support, direction, and oversight of the day‑to‑day operations, manage staff and development, ensure quality patient care, and maintain a safe and efficient work environment.

What You’ll be Doing
  • Oversee day‑to‑day operations of the clinic; including and not limited to team supervision in their execution of daily activities, managing rosters, resource planning, slots management and downtime process.
  • Support implementation of policies and procedures to improve clinic operations.
  • Maintain accurate patient records and ensure patient confidentiality.
  • Manage inventory and ordering of medical supplies and equipment.
  • Oversee maintenance and cleanliness of clinic facilities.
  • Handle patient complaints and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
  • Oversee the clinic’s finance and administration matters, ensuring files and information are organized and petty cash, billings and cash are accounted for and updated to the relevant department.
  • Perform frontline services, clinical support and any operational duties during peak hours or when there is a shortage of manpower.
  • Perform any other ad‑hoc duties which may be assigned.
What We Are Looking for
  • NITEC/Higher NITEC/GCE 'N' or 'O' level, with 3 years’ experience in an outpatient GP clinic, preferably with supervisory/management experience.
  • Advanced knowledge of relevant government and insurance schemes and subsidies.
  • Knowledge of MOH regulatory requirements for GP clinics, insurance providers’ program and process.
  • Highly effective in supervision, coaching and motivating team members.
  • Proven ability to work flexibly with changing priorities and deliver high‑quality customer‑focused service.
  • Possess strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Familiar with clinic management application.
