Descriptions
Managing all HR administrative duties including Recruitment, Employment, Onboarding, offboarding.
Handling work pass applications, issuance, cancellations and related security bond & medical insurance purchasing
Managing training arrangement, CSOC training course, etc.
Assist on payroll processing
Maintain all HR records up-to-date with high accuracy and conformity.
Any other duties as assigned by supervisor.
Job Requirements
Min Diploma in HR, Business Admin or any faculty or equivalent.
Preferable at least 1-2 years of working experience in the related field is required for this position. Graduate student are also welcome to apply.
Preferable 1-2 years of Construction industry background preferred
Team player with good interpersonal skills.
Meticulous and some problem solving skills.
Highly motivated and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
Able to work under tight deadlines and take the pressure
