Job Purpose
We are seeking a People & Culture AI, Data & Systems Analyst/Senior Analyst to support the integration of AI solutions, data analytics, and reporting excellence in People & Culture across Allianz’s entities in Asia. This role will assist in People & Culture systems governance, contribute to regional CSRD reporting processes in line with Allianz standards, and provide analytical and operational support for people and culture planning and strategic dialogue activities. The position will also help identify AI use cases with local People & Culture teams, support implementation efforts, and contribute to upskilling initiatives to embed AI capabilities across the function.
What you do
AI & Systems Support (30%)
- Identify, design, implement, and manage agentic AI workflows to automate and optimize HR processes throughout the employee life cycle.
- Collaborate with local People & Culture teams across Asia to identify AI use cases and support implementation and adoption.
- Maintain People & Culture systems (e.g., HRIS) by ensuring data accuracy and assisting with system-related projects.
- Coordinate with local and Group People & Culture teams to agree implementation and adoption of Group/Regional system solutions.
Data Analytics & Reporting (30%)
- Develop and maintain People & Culture dashboards for workforce insights, predictive analytics, and KPI tracking using PowerBI.
- Support internal reporting for People & Culture metrics, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
- Assist with internal and external reporting requests and contribute to regional reporting processes.
- Help coordinate CSRD-related reporting activities, ensuring People & Culture ESG data is collected and validated in line with Allianz standards.
- Support efforts to build up and strengthen regional people culture data community, including facilitating best practice sharing, serving as a regional expert on Allianz reporting standards to others.
Strategic Planning & Dialogue (20%)
- Co-drive the annual planning and strategic dialogue process for People & Culture in collaboration with regional leadership, including timeline management, presentation support, relevant data analysis.
- Deliver data-driven insights to inform workforce planning and talent strategies under guidance from senior team members.
- Serve as the in-house expert on all data KPIs for the planning and strategic dialogue process.
Upskilling & Change Management (20%)
- Support AI literacy and capability-building programs for People & Culture teams across the region.
- Assist in change management initiatives to encourage adoption of AI-driven processes and tools.
What you bring
Preferred Experience
- Bachelor's Degree, ideally with 2-3 years of working experience in HR technology, people analytics, or HR systems support, preferably with exposure to AI-powered HR solutions and data analysis.
- Experience working in a multi national and across various Asian markets advantageous.
- Fresh Graduates are welcomed to apply.
Technical Skill
- Expertise in agentic AI systems, workflow automation, and prompt engineering.
- Proficiency in HRIS platforms (SAP SuccessFactors) and data visualization tools (Power BI, SAPSuite).
- Strong knowledge of data analytics, predictive modeling, and reporting frameworks.
Strategic Skills
- Understanding of People & Culture processes, workforce planning, and organizational strategy advantageous.
- Familiarity with Corporate Sustainability Reporting Directive (CSRD) requirements advantageous.
Behavioral Competencies
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management.
- Ability to assist in change management initiatives in a digital HR environment.
