  • Role: Export Sales Coordinator
  • Industry: Manufacturer Of Cleaning & Engineering Machine
  • Basic Salary: $2,800 - $3,000 + 14 Days AL + VB + AWS
  • Location: Gul Circle, Singapore
  • Company Transport @ Chinese Garden, Lakeside, Boon Lay MRT
  • 5 Days, 8.15am - 5.45pm
Requirements
  • Diploma with 2 years experience as sales coordinator / export sales / logistics / supply chain.
  • This role will involve in both air and sea freight duties.
Job Scopes
  1. Monitor and update shipment status daily to ensure both internal teams and external stakeholders receive timely updates
  2. Coordinate with freight forwarders, carriers, and warehouse personnel to prevent delays and resolve logistics issues
  3. Handle shipping documents including Letter of Credit (LC), Bill of Lading Drafts (BL), Insurance Proposals, Declaration of Carrier, Verified Gross Mass (VGM) Form, Certificate of Origin, Certificate of Quality, GST Form (Goods Return from customer), Verification of Permit etc
  4. Handle sales enquiries, generate quotations, and coordinate order consolidation
  5. Ensure customer’s order is promptly processed and invoiced accurately on a timely basis
  6. Prepare and organize shipping documents for export shipping clearance
  7. Provide timely updates on the cargoes estimated arrival / departure dates to all stakeholders
  8. Liaise and coordinate with Logistics Department on delivery schedule and inventory matters
  9. Ensure all invoices from all external service providers (eg. freight forwarders) are promptly submitted to the Accounts department for processing
  10. Assist in processing warranty and insurance claims
  11. Maintain accurate records of all sales and shipping documents
