A food service provider in Singapore is seeking staff to manage kitchen operations including food preparation and presentation. Candidates should have prior cooking experience, excellent customer service skills, and the ability to work flexible shifts. The position offers a fun working environment, with additional bonuses and a staff discount after the probation period.
Involve kitchen operations from food preparation, cook to final production
Food preparation will be in accordance with daily operations
Keep up to date with the current promotions and new items on the menu
Maintain a clean and safe working environment, adhering to kitchen Standard Operation Procedures (SOPs)
Take guest orders and present the food to them with good customer service
Maintain food quality and standard any other duties as assigned by the Food Manager
Prior cooking experiences would be an added advantage
5-days work week including weekends (44 hours per week and rotating shifts in between 7am to 12am)
Possessing hygiene certificate will be an added advantage
Split Shift Allowance
Off in lieu for working on a Public Holiday
