Job summary
A prominent HR advisory firm in Singapore seeks a Conveyancing Secretary to manage a variety of conveyancing matters, including transactions, documentation, and client communication. The ideal candidate holds a diploma or degree in legal studies and has at least 2 years of relevant experience in a law firm. This position offers a starting salary of $3,500 to $4,000 and requires excellent communication skills. Join our team to facilitate smooth conveyancing processes and administrative support.
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of experience as a conveyancing secretary in a law firm.
- Familiarity with e-litigation processes is advantageous.
Responsibilities
- Handle a full range of conveyancing matters including transactions and leases.
- Prepare and manage e-lodgment and e-stamping processes.
- Assist in secretarial work and manage client appointments.
