Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales & Operations Officer to manage diverse tasks, from client acquisition to on-site staff management. This role involves driving business growth through sales and ensuring efficient and quality service to meet client expectations.

Key Responsibilities

Sales & Business Development

  • Identify and secure new business opportunities in the cleaning and facility services sector.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients.
  • Prepare proposals, quotations, and service agreements.
  • Monitor sales pipelines and provide weekly performance updates.

Operations Management

  • Coordinate daily cleaning operations to ensure efficiency and excellent service delivery.
  • Manage staff schedules, assignments, and deployment across sites.
  • Conduct site inspections and ensure compliance with service standards.
  • Support recruitment, onboarding, and training of cleaning personnel.
  • Handle customer feedback, service issues, and incident reports professionally.
Qualifications
  • Minimum 2–3 years’ experience in sales, operations, or account management (cleaning/facility services experience is an advantage).
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and client-handling skills.
  • Good organizational and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in MS Office or relevant software tools.
  • Driver’s license is an advantage (if site visits are required).
