Senior Quantity Surveyor – High-Rise & Healthcare
Job summary
A leading construction firm in Singapore is looking for a Senior Quantity Surveyor to manage cost planning and contract administration. The ideal candidate should have at least 3 years of experience in the building construction industry, specifically with high-rised buildings and projects exceeding $100 million. A degree in Quantity Surveying or equivalent is essential. The role offers a competitive salary ranging from $3,500 to $5,000 plus variable bonuses.
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of working experience in the Singapore building construction industry.
- Experience in high-rised buildings, mixed developments & healthcare projects.
- Experience with contracts over $100 million.
Responsibilities
- Prepare measurements and tender documentation.
- Conduct cost analyses and prepare cost estimates.
- Define tender and procurement strategies.
- Manage post-contract administration.
