A leading HR advisory firm is seeking an experienced Project Manager in Singapore. The role involves developing project plans, leading teams, and managing budgets while ensuring compliance with industry standards. Candidates should possess a degree in Engineering/Construction Management and have 3-5 years of project management experience in the construction sector. Knowledge of aluminium and glazing facade would be advantageous.

Qualifications

• At least 3-5 years of experience as a Site/Project Manager.
• Knowledge in construction/engineering/procurement standards.
• Aluminium and glazing Facade experience is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Develop comprehensive project plans including scope, objectives, timelines, and budget.
• Assemble and lead a project team, assign tasks and provide motivation.
• Identify and mitigate potential project risks.
• Manage project budgets and track expenses.
• Liaise with clients and subcontractors to ensure requirements are met.
• Maintain communication with stakeholders, including contractors and management.
• Ensure project deliverables meet quality standards.
• Address project challenges and find effective solutions.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.
• Allocate time efficiently to meet project deadlines.
• Perform ad-hoc duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Degree in Engineering/Construction Management.
• At least 3-5 years of experience as a Site/Project Manager.
• Knowledge in construction/engineering/procurement/industry standards and any other project-related activities.
• Aluminium and glazing Facade experience with be an added advantage.

Job Responsibilities

• Developing comprehensive project plans, including defining scope, objectives, timelines and budget.
• Assembling and leading a project team, assigning tasks, and providing direction and motivation.
• Identifying and mitigating potential project risks that could impact project success.
• Manages project budgets, tracking of expenses, and ensuring financial goals are met.
• Liaise and hold meetings with clients and Sub contractor to ensure that all requirements by clients and relevant authorities are adhered.
• Maintaining clear and regular communication with the project stakeholders, including Sub Contractors, vendors, team members and upper management.
• Ensure all projects deliverable meets quality standards and specifications.
• Addressing issues and challenges that may arise during the project and finding effective solutions.
• Able to handle changes in project scopes or objectives and assessing the impact on the projects.
• Always ensure compliance with industry standards, best practice and relevant regulations are met.
• Able to allocate time efficiently and meet projects deadlines.
• Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned by the Senior Project Manager/ MD.
