Job summary
A leading HR advisory firm in Singapore is seeking an experienced QS Manager to handle tender documents and project cost issues. Candidates should hold a Degree or Diploma in QS or Engineering and have at least 5 years of experience in the construction industry. The role includes liaising with various stakeholders and managing costs effectively, with a competitive salary range of $5,000 to $7,000.
Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years of working experience in Construction (Structural/Facade) Industry.
- Possess BCSS or CSOC if necessary.
Responsibilities
- Prepare documents for Tender and Contracts.
- Assist Project Team for Variation Works, Progress Claim, and Cost Control.
- Liaise with Main Contractors, Subcontractors, Clients, and Suppliers for Project Cost Issues.
- Document Control.
- Experience in Facade Works.
