Job summary

A leading HR advisory firm in Singapore is seeking an experienced QS Manager. The role involves preparing documents for tenders, assisting with project costs, and liaising with contractors and clients. Ideal candidates will have at least 5 years of experience in the construction industry, specifically in facade works. A relevant degree or diploma and possession of BCSS or CSOC certifications are preferred.

Qualifications

• Degree/Diploma in QS or Engineering related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of working experience in Construction (Structural/Façade) Industry.
• Possess BCSS or CSOC if necessary.

Responsibilities

• Prepare documents for Tender and Contracts.
• Assist Project Team for Variation Works, Progress Claim and Cost Control.
• Liaise with Main Contractors, Subcontractors, Clients and Suppliers for Project Cost Issues.
• Document Control.
• Experience in Facade Works.

Skills
