This role

As a Sales Development Representative, you’ll be responsible for:

  • Conducting research to identify potential customers and generate leads
  • Qualifying leads by understanding their needs and interests
  • Scheduling appointments and demos for the sales team
  • Following up with leads and prospects to move them through the sales funnel
  • Collaborating with the sales team to develop and execute sales strategies
  • Maintaining accurate records of all sales activities and customer interactions
  • Attending industry events and conferences to network and generate leads.
