Qualifications

• Possess BCSS or CSOC if necessary.

Responsibilities

• Prepare documents for Tender and Contracts.
• Assist Project Team for Variation Works, Progress Claim, and Cost Control.
• Liaise with Main Contractors, Subcontractors, Clients, and Suppliers for Project Cost Issues.
• Document Control.
• Experience in Facade Works.
