We're looking for a Bartender who brings more than technical skill — someone who believes that a great drink is just the beginning of exceptional hospitality.

You are sincere, respectful, and dependable. You treat guests and teammates with kindness, and you carry yourself with professionalism — whether you're in the middle of a busy service or closing out the night.

• Competence

You have strong bartending fundamentals — from building cocktails and pouring with precision to managing stock and maintaining a clean, efficient bar. You’re confident in your craft, curious to learn more, and always focused on quality and consistency.

• Commitment

You take pride in every pour. Whether it’s a bespoke cocktail or a simple glass of wine, you approach each shift with care and a genuine desire to create memorable guest moments. You're reliable, team-oriented, and always willing to go the extra mile.

• Hospitality-First Mindset

You understand that great bartending is about more than drinks — it’s about connection. You engage warmly with guests, anticipate their needs, remember regular’s names and favourite drinks, and help create a bar experience that feels welcoming, effortless, and inspired.

Your Role at LAVI

* Craft and serve beverages with precision, creativity, and consistency

* Provide warm, attentive, and knowledgeable service at the bar

* Uphold cleanliness and safety standards across all bar operations

* Manage mise en place, stock levels, and daily prep requirements

* Collaborate with the team to ensure seamless service flow

* Contribute ideas and feedback to enhance our bar programme

Requirements

* Minimum 1–2 years of bartending experience in a fast-paced environment

* Solid foundation in classic cocktails, spirits, wine, and beer

* Strong communication and interpersonal skills

* Passion for hospitality and genuine interest in guest satisfaction

* Ability to work evenings, weekends, and peak service hours
