Job summary
A healthcare clinic in Singapore is seeking an Operations Manager to oversee daily operations, manage staff, and ensure compliance with healthcare regulations. The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of experience in healthcare and strong leadership skills. This position involves managing patient experiences, clinic finances, and supporting business development initiatives.
Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years of experience in healthcare or similar setting.
- Prior experience of working in an endoscopy/radiology centre.
Responsibilities
- Oversee day-to-day operations of the medical centre.
- Manage patient experience and optimize patient flow.
- Coordinate with maintenance and repair services.
Skills
Education
- Oversee day-to-day operations of the medical centre, radiology services and endoscopy clinic (front desk, appointment scheduling, inventory management, patient flow, dispensary and claims)
- Maintaining quality standards, implementing protocols, and ensuring compliance with healthcare regulations
- Manage and supervise all clinic staff, including scheduling, training, and performance reviews
- Manage patient experience, optimise patient flow, complaints resolution, and service recover
- Maintaining the clinic's physical environment, ensuring cleanliness, and coordinating with maintenance and repair services
- Prior experience of working in an endoscopy/radiology centre
- Familiar with MOH, CHAS, PCN and other healthcare programs and accreditations
- Handle clinic finance (billing, revenue reports, petty cash, claims submissions)
- Liaise with vendors, suppliers, and healthcare partners
- Support marketing and business development initiatives
- Any ad hoc duties assigned by Operations Manager
- A diploma/bachelor’s degree in healthcare administration or a related field is preferred
- Minimum 5 years of experience in healthcare or similar setting
- Strong leadership, team management, and interpersonal skills are required
