Qualifications
- Basic medical degree and Master of Medicine (Family Medicine) or equivalent.
- Full/Con Registration with the Singapore Medical Council.
- Valid practicing certificate with the Singapore Medical Council.
- Registered with the Family Physician Accreditation Board (FPAB).
- Valid Basic Cardiac Life Support certification.
Responsibilities
- Manage complex care patients in community hospital ward setting.
- Lead multidisciplinary team to address healthcare needs.
- Integrate care with acute wards and community services.
Education
You will be responsible for managing complex care patients in the community hospital ward setting and community care. Lead a multidisciplinary team to address the healthcare needs of patients with multiple medical conditions and play an integral role in preventive care, optimising medical conditions and integrating care with the acute wards and community services.
- Possess a basic medical degree and Master of Medicine (Family Medicine) or Graduate Diploma in Family Medicine from the National University of Singapore (NUS) or equivalent qualification registrable with the Singapore Medical Council
- Possess Full/Con Registration with the Singapore Medical Council.
- Possess a valid practicing certificate with the Singapore Medical Council
- Registered with the Family Physician Accreditation Board (FPAB)
- Possess a valid Basic Cardiac Life Support certification
