Job description

Job Responsibilities:

• Oversee day-to-day operations of the medical centre, radiology services and endoscopy clinic (front desk, appointment scheduling, inventory management, patient flow, dispensary and claims)
• Maintaining quality standards, implementing protocols, and ensuring compliance with healthcare regulations
• Manage and supervise all clinic staff, including scheduling, training, and performance reviews
• Manage patient experience, optimise patient flow, complaints resolution, and service recover
• Maintaining the clinic's physical environment, ensuring cleanliness, and coordinating with maintenance and repair services
• Prior experience of working in an endoscopy/radiology centre
• Familiar with MOH, CHAS, PCN and other healthcare programs and accreditations
• Handle clinic finance (billing, revenue reports, petty cash, claims submissions)
• Liaise with vendors, suppliers, and healthcare partners
• Support marketing and business development initiatives
• Any ad hoc duties assigned by Operations Manager

Requirements:

• A diploma/bachelor’s degree in healthcare administration or a related field is preferred
• Minimum 5 years of experience in healthcare or similar setting
• Strong leadership, team management, and interpersonal skills are required
